Ordering a Bear:

If you would like to order a bear please e-mail me first to confirm availability before sending payment. In your e-mail please include your name, mailing address and the name of the bear you wish to order. Customers will be contacted for payment arrangements and other details.

Payment:

All prices are in U.S. currency.  I accept Visa, Master card, Discover and American Express thru Paypal, money orders and personal checks (with a 10 day hold for clearing prior to shipping).  Florida residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

Shipping and Handling:

Bears will be shipped priority mail with insurance via U.S. postal service. International orders will be quoted shipping costs based on location.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you need to return a bear the following instructions need to be followed:

1. The bear must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
2. The bear must be returned in its original condition.
3. The bear cannot be returned if it smells of smoke.
4. The bear must insured for its retail value when shipping.
